About Me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is important. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and have a space where you can talk openly, without judgment.
I see therapy as something we do together. We’ll talk about what’s going on, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work through things at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and less alone.
My work with grief is especially personal to me. I lost my brother when I was a teenager, and during that time I attended Comfort Zone Camp, a camp for children and teens who have experienced the loss of a loved one. That experience showed me how meaningful it can be to have a place where you feel understood and don't have to go through grief alone. It stayed with me and became one of the reasons I wanted to help others through their own experiences with loss.
I provide telehealth therapy throughout New Jersey and work with children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, grief, life changes, and other challenges.
Outside of being a therapist, I’m a proud dog mom, an avid CrossFitter, and someone who loves spending time with family. I also love baking. These are some of the things that keep me grounded and bring me a lot of joy.
